The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do your wash windows?Yes, we do wash windows

If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

How many trucks can you clean per day?We can clean up to 8 trucks per day per customer.

Are you cleaning Exterior of Fleet?Yes, we can clean exterior of truck only on warm period of year. From March to September.

Do you have any promos/deals?Yes, we do some deals for companies who has more than 5 trucks.

Payments Accepted
All forms of payment are accepted. Whether it be credit card, check or cash. However, check is preferred!
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel, we require that you do at least within 48 hours before your appointment. Neglecting to do so may result in partial or whole charges in respect to the original bill.
